As an example, I’ve been searching for the best recipe to make “Stewed Beef Strips” for some time but I could truthfully never set things right .. In Nicholas Zhou’s book, I observed the image and determined (he also talked about it in the food preparation directions) how the sauce should be applied to the beef on the dish rather than being stirred with the meat inside the very hot wok.
